Co znamenají jednotlivé zkratky v názvech našich modelů?
BF vs. BFN - v naší nabídce lze nalézt barefoot modely, které jsou značené buď jako BF (+ kód modelu), nebo jako BFN (+ kód modelu). Barefoot modely značené jako BFN (+ kód modelu) jsou modely zahrnuté v produktové řadě nesoucí název „BEDA PLAYFUL” a tyto modely se od modelů značených jako BF odlišují mimo jiné tvarem v oblasti špice (BFN modely mají o něco sestupnější/zkosenější tvar v oblasti špice, naopak modely značené jako BF mají tvar špice hranatější / více do roviny). U všech BFN modelů je také vždy uplatňován střih, který je v oblasti paty/kotníků užšího rázu. Nicméně i v rámci modelů značených jako BF jsou modely, které mají střih v oblasti paty/kotníků spíše užší - u BF modelů se konstrukční řešení v této oblasti liší model od modelu, střih od střihu. Avšak ať už volíte mezi modely BF či BFN, co do vnitřní šířky (vnitřních rozměrů) jsou modely z obou těch řad vhodné na normální až širší nožky. Všechny BF modely jsou vyráběné vždy na jednom typu podrážky, BFN modely jsou vyráběné na 2 typech podrážek (první typ je stejný jako u BF modelů; druhým typem je podrážka s jiným designem a také výraznějším vzorkem/gripem – u tohoto druhého typu podrážky se jedná o BFN modely, které mají na konci svého názvu uvedeno označení „/GR” + o dva zimní modely BFN 170070/W/MK/NL a BFN 170070/W/MK/SO).
W = suchý zip (pokud je v názvu modelu uvedeno ,,W” jde o model na suchý zip (např. BF 0001/W/M), pokud „W” v názvu modelu uvedeno není (např. BF 0001/M), jde o model na tkaničky („W” v názvu modelu nijak nesouvisí s šířkou obuvi)
M = membrána (pokud je v názvu modelu uvedeno ,,M” jde o model s membránou (např. BF 0001/W/M)
/2 = pokud je v názvu kožených kotníčkových modelů (řada BF) uvedeno „/2”, jde o model s užším střihem v oblasti kotníku, např. BF 0001/W/M/2 (pokud „/2” v názvu modelu uvedeno není, jde o standardní střih). Aktuálně je možné volit mezi standardním a užším střihem v oblasti kotníků pouze u kotníčkových kožených BF modelů (rozdíl je však pouze ve střihu v oblasti kotníku, vnitřní rozměry (délka, šířka) jsou pro obě varianty kotníčkového koženého modelu totožné). Všechny naše ostatní barefoot modely jsou momentálně vyráběny vždy jen v jednom provedení (střihu) a nelze u nich volit mezi standardním střihem či střihem užším (přesto i v rámci těchto modelů má každý z nich své vlastní konstrukční řešení a jsou modely, které jdou na užší kotník dotáhnout lépe, než modely jiné).
SO = hladká kůže + okop (např. BF 0001/W/M/SO = suchý zip, membrána, hladká kůže + okop; BF 0001/W/M/SO/2 = suchý zip, membrána, hladká kůže + okop, užší střih; BF 0001/M/SO = tkaničky, membrána, hladká kůže + okop atd.)
NUB = nubuk + okop (např. BF 0001/W/M/NUB = suchý zip, membrána, nubuk + okop)
*Pokud není v názvu modelu vyrobeného z přírodní kůže uvedeno „SO” či „NUB” je model vždy vyroben z velurové kůže.
N = nízký (střih) – např. BF 0001/W/N = suchý zip, nízký střih, velurová kůže; BF 0001/W/N/SO = suchý zip, nízký střih, hladká kůže + okop; BF 0001/N – tkaničky, nízký střih, velurová kůže, apod.
BA = balerínky (textil) – např. BF 0001/BA či BF 060010/BA
BA/K = balerínky (kůže) – např. BF 0001/BA/K
ST/BA = balerínky (síťovina) – např. BF 0001/ST/BA
V = vyšší (např. BF 060754/V – kotníčkové kožené capáčky na tkaničky)
TS = kůže (nebo jiný materiál) s motivem/vzorem, nebo třpytivá/ozdobná kůže (např. model BF 0001/W/M/TS atd.)
SD = sandálky (např. BF 0001/SD/W)
NP = neopren (např. BF 0001/SD/W/NP)
SK = kombinace síťoviny a dalšího materiálu (kůže či syntetika) – např. BF 0003/SK/W
1W = jeden suchý zip (packa) – např. BF 0001/SK/1W
ST = síťovina (např. BF 0001/ST/W – síťované tenisky na suchý zip)
O nebo také OK nebo také OT = okop (např. BF 0001/ST/W/O – síťované tenisky na suchý zip s okopem, BFN 170060/W/M/NL/OK,
BF 0001/ST/W/OT apod.)
SOFT = softshell (např. BF 0001/W/N/SOFT)
VGN = pletenina (např. BF 0001/VGN/W)
TEX = textil (např. BF 0001/TEX/W)
D = na obuvi jsou aplikovány (mimo okop) další funkční či estetické prvky (např. BF 0001/TEX/W/D, BF 0001/ST/W/O/D atd.)
OP = opatek (obuv je vyrobena se zpevněným opatkem/zpevněnou patou, např. BF 060010/W/OP, BF 0001/W/M/OP atd.); Všechny naše modely obuvi (i v jejich standardním provedení, tedy bez „/OP”) mají aplikován opatek. V jejich standardním provedení je však aplikován opatek měkký, oblast paty tak u těchto modelů zůstává tvárná a flexibilní. U varianty „/OP” je aplikován opatek silnější, oblast paty je tak tedy výrazně zpevněná u modelů v této „/OP” variantě.
02/SLIM = slim přezůvky (BF 060010/W/02/SLIM) – aktuálně jediný model z naší nabídky, který má užší vnitřní rozměry oproti všem ostatním modelům, a to i v prstové části (co do vnitřní šířky jsou vhodné na celkově užší nožky)
PF = perforace (děrování) – (např. BF 060010/W/PF)
KPF = kůže s aplikací perforace (např. BF 0001/ST/KPF/W)
K nebo také KK = kůže (buď přírodní, nebo syntetická - záleží na konkrétním modelu)
MK (případně VMK) = membrána + kožíšek (týká se zimních modelů – např. BF 0001/W/MK, BF 0004/W/VMK atd.)
Y = model se 3 suchými zipy (např. zimní model BF 0001/W/MK/Y)
PR2 = na boku obuvi jsou aplikovány dva proužky (reflexní prvky) - např. model BF 0001/W/N/PR2
NL = obuv je celá vyrobena ze syntetické kůže, nebo je použita kombinace syntetické kůže a dalšího materiálu, nikdy však není použita kůže přírodní u modelů s tímto označením (např. BFN 170060/W/M/NL, BFN 170030/W/NL apod.)
1WE = elastické tkaničky + jeden suchý zip (např. textilní model BF 0001/TEX/1WE)
TXS = kombinace síťoviny a textilu (např. BF 0001/TXS/1W)
B = netkaná textilie (např. BF 060010/W/B)
Z = zimní verze nízko-kotníčkového koženého modelu pro dospělé, tj. s aplikací kožíšku (BF 0002/KKM/Z)
P = aplikace navlékacích poutek (u modelu BF 0002/ST/BA/P)
PLS = plyš (u modelu BF 060756/1W/N/PLS)
LM = „lemování”, u modelu síťovaných tenisek s aplikací vnějšího lemování (model BF 0001/ST/W/LM)
BR = „breathable”, u modelu přezůvek s aplikací větracích průchodů (model BFN 170020/W/BR)

What do the abbreviations in our model names stand for?
BF vs. BFN - in our offer you can find barefoot models that are marked either as BF (+ model code) or BFN (+ model code). Barefoot models marked as BFN (+ model code) are models included in the product line called „BEDA PLAYFUL” and these models differ from the models marked as BF by, among other things, the shape in the toe area (BFN models have a slightly more descending/slope shape in the toe area, while models marked as BF have a rather more angular/square shape in the toe area). All BFN models also always have a cut that is rather narrower in the heel/ankles area. However, even within the BF models, there are models that have a normal to narrower cut in the heel/ankles area - for BF models, the design in this area varies from model to model, cut to cut. Whether you choose BF or BFN models, in terms of inner width (inner dimensions), models from both these ranges are suitable for normal to wider feet. All BF models are always manufactured on one type of sole, while BFN models are manufactured on two types of soles (the first type is the same as for the BF models; the second type is a sole with a different design and a more pronounced tread pattern/grip – this second type of sole is used in the BFN models that have the designation "/GR" at the end of their name + in the two winter models BFN 170070/W/MK/NL and BFN 170070/W/MK/SO).
W = Velcro fastener (if there is stated ,,W” in the name of the model, the model is made with Velcro (e.g. BF 0001/W/M), if „W” is missing in the name of the model (e.g. BF 0001/M), the model is made with laces („W” in the name of the model does not relate with width of the shoes)
M = membrane (if there is stated ,,M” in the name of the model, the model is made with membrane (e.g. BF 0001/W/M)
/2 = if there is stated „/2” in the name of the leather mid-cut model (the product line „BF”), the model is made with a narrower cut in the heel (ankle) area, e. g. BF 0001/W/M/2 (if „/2” in the name of the model is missing, the model is made in a standard cut). Currently it is possible to choose between the standard cut or the narrower cut in the heel (ankle) area only for our mid-cut leather BF models, but the difference is only in the cut of the heel (ankle) area, inner measurements are same for both these options. All our other barefoot models are currently always made only in one cut, and it is not possible to choose between the standard cut or the narrower cut. Anyway, each specific model has its own design solution and there are models which can fit to the narrower heel (ankle) better than other models.
SO = smooth leather + toe cover (e. g. BF 0001/W/M/SO = Velcro, membrane, smooth leather + toe cover); BF 0001/W/M/SO/2 = Velcro, membrane, smooth leather + toe cover, narrower cut; BF 0001/M/SO = laces, membrane, smooth leather + toe cover, etc.)
NUB = nubuck leather + toe cover (e.g. BF 0001/W/M/NUB)
*If „SO” or „NUB” are missing in the name of the natural leather model, the model is always made of velour leather.
N = low-cut model – e. g. BF 0001/W/N = low cut leather model with Velcro (velour leather); BF 0001/W/N/SO = low-cut leather model with Velcro (smooth leather and toe cover); BF 0001/N – low-cut leather model with laces (velour leather), etc.
BA = ballerinas (textile) – e. g. BF 0001/BA or BF 060010/BA
BA/K = ballerinas (leather) – e. g. BF 0001/BA/K
ST/BA = ballerinas (mesh) – e. g. BF 0001/ST/BA
V = e. g. BF 060754/V – leather mid-cut model for first walking with laces
TS = leather (or another material) with pattern, or glittering/decorative leather (e. g. the model BF 0001/W/M/TS, etc.)
SD = sandals (e. g. BF 0001/SD/W)
NP = neoprene (e. g. BF 0001/SD/W/NP)
SK = combination of mesh and other used material (leather or synthetic material) – e. g. BF 0003/SK/W
1W = 1x Velcro – e. g. BF 0001/SK/1W
ST = mesh (e.g. BF 0001/ST/W – mesh sneakers with Velcro)
O or also OK or also OT = toe box cover (e. g. BF 0001/ST/W/O – mesh sneakers with toe box cover, BFN 170060/W/M/NL/OK,
BF 0001/ST/W/OT etc.)
SOFT = softshell (e. g. BF 0001/W/N/SOFT)
VGN = knitted fabric (e. g. BF 0001/VGN/W)
TEX = textile (e. g. BF 0001/TEX/W)
D = other functional or aesthetic elements are applied to the shoes (e.g. BF 0001/TEX/W/D, BF 0001/ST/W/O/D etc.)
OP = shoes are made with a reinforced heel area/a heel counter (e. g. BF 060010/W/OP, BF 0001/W/M/OP, etc.); Please note that all our shoe models (even in their standard version, i.e. without "/OP") have applied a heel counter. However, in their standard version, a soft heel counter is applied, so the heel area of these models remains malleable and flexible. In the "/OP" variant, a thicker heel counter is applied, so the heel area is significantly reinforced in models in this "/OP" variant.
02/SLIM = slim textile slippers (BF 060010/W/02/SLIM) – currently the only one model in our offer, which has narrower inner measurements (including toe area) than our other barefoot models (in terms of internal width, they are suitable for generally narrower feet)
PF = perforation – e. g. BF 060010/W/PF
KPF = leather with application of perforation (e. g. BF 0001/ST/KPF/W)
K (or KK) = leather (either natural or synthetic, depending on the specific model)
MK (or VMK) = membrane + fur (It relates to winter models, e. g. BF 0001/W/MK, BF 0004/W/VMK etc.)
Y = model with 3 straps (e. g. winter model BF 0001/W/MK/Y)
PR2 = 2 stripes applied on the sides of shoes (reflective elements) - e. g. BF 0001/W/N/PR2
NL = shoes are made entirely of synthetic leather, or a combination of synthetic leather and another material is used, but natural leather is never used on models with this designation (e. g. BFN 170060/W/M/NL, BFN 170030/W/NL etc.)
1WE = elastic laces + 1x Velcro (e. g. the textile model BF 0001/TEX/1WE)
TXS = combination of mesh and textile (e. g. BF 0001/TXS/1W)
B = nonwoven fabric (e. g. BF 060010/W/B)
Z = winter version of the low-cut leather model for adults, i. e. with fur applied (BF 0002/KKM/Z)
P = application of loops (for the model BF 0002/ST/BA/P)
PLS = plush (BF 060756/1W/N/PLS)
LM = for the mesh sneakers with applied outer edge binding (BF 0001/ST/W/LM)
BR = „breathable”, for the slippers with applied breathable/ventilation holes (BFN 170020/W/BR)
